Shall I describe my pain before i can get any help?

Tell you, it is a sudden onset and poorly localize pain (I myself don know it's superior molar or inferior) but it's at the right side la.. The pulsating pain woke me up in the middle of the night (that's why i tak boleh tidur and write it down) and progressively increasing in severity. At the moment no relieving factors currently could be identified (panadol would probably work but I DON HAVE IT NOW! No significant aggravating factors as well (luckily)
It is associated with 报应？？？

It's really a terrible experience, tooth ache in the middle of the night, without panadol somemore!
where is my panadol?? ONG LEE CHIENG!!!
she took my panadol that day(she had too ache as well) and didn return!!!
Sad.. everybody sleeping now.. wake her up? don wake her up and wait till the next morning?
ah.................. really sakit la...............................
go knock her door now...
The moral of the story is.....
Return the things you borrowed ASAP so you don get disturb while you're sleeping. Hahaha...

p/s: should i scare her while she's opening the door?? act like a ghost or something??hahaha...

20 minutes after 2 tablet of panadol.....
Conclusion: paracetamol is an effective drug for tooth ache, onset is within 20 minutes, duration ?? to be continued......Zzz
